God has blessed Bethel Baptist Church with 30 acres of land to build a new multi-purpose building to house our Christian School and Sanctuary. 

We are "Rising Up to Build"!

We are moving forward for the Lord, Building by Faith as God Provides, and we will be selling our Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall located at:

745 N. Freedom Street in Ravenna, Ohio.

The Church building has approximately 4,691 square feet Upstairs and 4,691 Down.  The large, open sanctuary seats approximately 300 people.  The cathedral ceilings are adorned with light fixtures, chandeliers and ceiling fans.  There is an elevator for the convenience of your guests. There are two restrooms located behind the baptismal area for convenience.  The basement has two large bathrooms, and many Sunday School rooms and/or offices of varying sizes.  The Fellowship hall is about 2,996 square feet and is complete with his and her restrooms, a full kitchen and large open space for entertaining.  There is a small playground located outside of the fellowship hall and a large parking area.  Please call to set up your own private tour  (330) 348-6780.

"God's 300" 

We are on our way to the new building! God has blessed our church amazingly and we are now closing in on Phase II of the building plan! We need to raise little over $200,000 in the next year to complete the building cost for our new Church building on our 30 acre pacel of land at 8300 Infirmary Rd. Our preacher has started the "God's 300" program in which 300 people will help us win the battle just like God had 300 men to stand with Gideon in the Old Testament (Judges 7:7)! The plan is simple:

300 People Giving $58 Per Month for 12 Months = $208,000!

A beautiful lasting bronze plaque will be made with all the names of God's 300 and will be placed in our new building!

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to fulfill the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ as found in Matthew 28:18-20: "And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.  Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsover I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world.  Amen."

Our Practice

At Bethel Baptist Church, it is our practice to:

• Exalt the Lord Jesus Christ in all that we do
• Evangelize those without Christ by soul winning and by supporting world missions.
• Equip the body of Christ through Biblical preaching and teaching
• Encourage one another through Christian fellowship
